摘要
用外科手术的方法将奶牛真胃固定在瘤胃与左侧腹壁之间,建立奶牛左方真胃变位模型并于术前和术后采样。奶牛真胃人工左方变位后,瘤胃液和真胃液中的K+和Cl-浓度升高(P<0.05),Na+浓度降低(P<0.05);而血清中Na+浓度升高,K+,Cl-和Ca2+的浓度降低。瘤胃液中pH值和乙酸浓度降低(P<0.05),丙酸和丁酸的含量上升,;真胃液中乙酸、丙酸的含量上升,丁酸和pH值含量下降。结果表明,真胃人工左方变位可导致奶牛瘤胃和真胃内环境发生改变,酸度增加,发酵类型改变,进而影响奶牛的生理功能。
The abomasums of six Hostein cows was fixed between the left abdominal wall and the left side of the ru men by a surgery to induce left displacement of abomasums and the samples were taken before and after surgery. Af ter the abomasums was displaced,the concentrations of K^+ and Cl^- were increased(P〈00.05) ,but the concentration of Na^+ was decreased(P〈0.05)in the rumen and abomasums. In the serum Na^+ concentration was increased,while K^+ ,Cl^- and Ca^2+ concentrations were decreased, pH value and acetic acid concentration were decreased in the ru men, while the propionic acid and butyric acid concentration were increased. On the other side, in the abomasums the acetic acid and propionic acid concentrations were increased, and the butyric acid concentration and pH value were decreased. The results indicate that the left displacement of abomasums could lead to the changes of internal environ ment of rumen and abomasums, increasing the acidity and changing of the fermentation type, and so affects the physi ological function.
