20世纪二三十年代,面对日益衰落的农村社会,社会学者提出建立有效的农村组织以解决农村社会整体问题。他们主张构建中心组织和专门组织相结合的组织体系,强调组织的功能性和实效性,并对组织原则、组织形式、组织职能做了分析。社会学者组织模式研究为建构农村组织提供了新思路,具有一定的历史意义和当代价值。

In the face of the growing decline of rural society,Chinese sociologists had proposed to create the rural organization to solve problems of rural society in the 1920s and 1930s.They advocated that the existing rural organizations should be integrated to establish the system of rural organizations,including a center organization and some specialized organizations.They emphasized the functionality and the effectiveness.They also analyzed the principle,form and function of the organization.The pattern provided a new way for developing organizations.The research still has value in modern society.
