磷灰石对锆乳浊釉性质的影响

Effect of Apatite on Properties of Emulsifiable Glaze of Zircon

在生料锆乳浊釉中引入不同数量的磷灰石,利用XRD、SEM、白度仪等对试样分析测试以确定不同的磷灰石量对锆乳浊釉中乳浊相的种类、数量、大小、分布的影响,并从理论上分析磷灰石的引入对锆乳浊釉的乳浊性能及表面质量的影响,并得到合理的组成范围.

In this paper, the samples were prepared by putting apatite of different amount in emulsifiable glaze of zircon.The relation of amount of apatite and kinds, amount, size, spreading of emulsifiable phase in zircon glaze was researched by using XRD, SEM etc. to predict different samples. The function mechanism of apatite on emulsifiable property and surface properties of zircon glaze were discussed.
