摘要
复合电镀层的耐磨、耐蚀及自润滑性能良好,越来越受到人们的关注。研究了电流密度、温度、pH 值及镀液中PTFE 含量对镀层中PTFE、SiC 含量及沉积速度的影响,优选出一种最佳的复合镀工艺参数。
Composite coatings are becoming more and more popular for their good wearability, corrosion resistance and self-lubricating property. The effects of current density, temperature, pH value and polytetrafluoroethylene content in plating solutions on deposition rate, polytetrafluoroethylene and silicon carbide content of the electrodeposits were studied. Process parameters have been optimized.
