Study of the corrosion resistance of ceramic coatings formed on metal surface

摘要 采用溶胶- 凝胶浸渍提拉法在不锈钢、纯铜及铝合金基体上制备具有保护性的SiO2 、ZrO2 、TiO2 、Al2O3 及SiO2TiO2 陶瓷涂层。利用阳极极化曲线的、循环动电位极化曲线、点蚀电位的测量以及三氯化铁和5% 硫酸介质中的腐蚀试验研究了所得陶瓷涂层的耐蚀性。结果表明:这些陶瓷涂层能大幅度提高金属基体在各种腐蚀介质中的耐蚀性。 Protective silicon dioxide, zirconium dioxide, titanium dioxide, aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide-titanium dioxide ceramic coatings were prepared on stainless steel, copper and aluminum alloy by sol-gel dipping-pulling method. Corrosion resistance of the obtained ceramic coatings was studied by the measurement of anodic polarization curves, cyclic potentialdynamic polarization curves, pit corrosion potential and corrosion tests in iron trichloride and 5 percent sulfuric acid. The results indicate that ceramic coatings can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of parent metal in various corrosive media.
