我国农村金融供给支持作用的实证研究

分析我国农村金融供给的支持作用,对于推进农村金融改革,解决"三农"问题具有重要意义。以近年来我国农村金融资源、农村金融机构的信贷投入和农业产业的实际数据为依据,运用时间序列分析方法,研究我国农村金融供给对农业发展的支持作用。实证结果表明,我国财政农业支出、农村贷款和农业保险与农业产出之间存在长期正向的均衡关系。农业发展银行贷款余额和农村信用社农村贷款余额与农业产出间存在长期正向关系,而农业银行的农业贷款余额与农业产出间存在长期反向关系。

It is helpful to analyze the supporting effect of rural financial supply for the rural finance reform and the rural issue.At first,this paper introduces the situation of the supply of rural finance in China,then studies the supporting effect of rural financial supply by the time series analysis method,based on the real data of the rural financial resource and the loan of the rural financial institution.At last,the empirical results show that the rural fiscal expenditure,rural loan and agricultural insurance have a long-term positive relationship with the agricultural output.Agricultural Development Bank loans and rural credit cooperatives has a long-term positive relationship with the agricultural output,while the Agricultural Bank of China＇s agricultural loan has a inverse relationship with the agricultural output.
