高职学生职业道德养成和职业心理培养的模式探索 被引量:7

摘要 高职院校以为社会和经济建设第一线培养高级技术应用型人才和管理人才为主要任务,以人们从事社会职业活动所需要的能力培养为本位。加强大学生职业道德教育和职业心理素质培养是高职院校学生教育的重要内容,加强"职业道德养成,强化职业心理培养"对于培养合格的高等职业技术人才具有十分重要的意义。针对高职院校职业道德教育和职业心理培养中存在的问题,有必要深入探索高职学生职业道德养成和职业心理培养的可行性模式。
