摘要
目前反渗透系统阻垢性能的评价方法多为评价阻垢剂抑制成垢盐类在溶液中的析出程度,具有较大局限性,特别不适合于评价非增溶型的阻垢技术。提出一种实验室快速、可靠地评价反渗透系统阻垢性能的方法,该方法通过反渗透系统回收率的变化评价各类阻垢技术的阻垢性能,评价结果直接反映反渗透膜表面的结垢状况,具有较高的可靠性。同时,通过精密度测试表明该方法的相对标准偏差小于0.5%。利用该方法对不同浓度的某阻垢剂、电磁阻垢技术等的阻垢性能进行了评价。
The main scale inhibition performance evaluation of reverse osmosis system was the precipitation of salts in the solution,which had a great limitation,especially not suitable for evaluation of non-solubilized scale technology.This paper presented a quickly and reliably method to evaluate the scale performance of reverse osmosis systems,through the recovery of the reverse osmosis system to evaluate scale changes,scale performance evaluation results directly reflect the scaling condition of the surface of reverse osmosis membrane,with high reliability.At the same time,the precision measurements showed that the relative standard deviation less than 0.5%.In this paper,using the method of a scale inhibitor at different concentrations,the scale inhibition performance of electromagnetic technology was evaluated.
