Empirical Study of Factors Affecting the Selection of Safe Agricultural Products(Foods)

质量安全保障体系的健全完善对消费者增进安全农产品的消费具有促进作用,消费者需要易于理解、可操作性强、公开透明的制度体系规制下的安全农产品消费环境。为此,应加强安全农产品成本收益核算,理顺安全农产品价格;加强质量安全保障体系的建设,切实发挥保障食品安全的功能和作用;建立公开、透明的食品安全信息统一发布制度。

The sound quality safety system will promote the consumption of safe agricultural products and consumers require a safe consumption environment with a transparent system that is easy to understand and operate. Therefore, some measures have to be taken to ensure the cost calculating of agricultural products, and price of the safe agricultural products, to construct the quality safety guarantee system, and to establish the open and transparent information declaration system for the food security.
