摘要
伴随着经济全球化和区域经济一体化的发展,跨国公司在国际经济活动中已成为最活跃、最重要、最具影响力的组织形式,国际化经营已成为世界经济发展的趋势。面对国内市场的激烈竞争,我国中小企业在参与鏖战的同时应该转变观念,实施全球化经营战略,以此优化企业资源提高经营效率,实现企业规模与效益的同步发展。
With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration, multinational corporations in international economic activities has become the most active, important and influential forms of organization, and international operations has become the world economic developmental trends. In the face of severe competition in China, the SMEs in China shall change the concept to implement global operation so as to optimize the efficiency of corporate resources and achieve the coordinated development of the corporate scale and benefits.
