摘要
通过对重载货车不同制动工况下的制动过程进行分析研究,建立了重载货车车轮的三维有限元模型,对车轮在不同轴重、不同制动初速度、不同制动减速度时的三维瞬态温度场及应力场进行了仿真分析,并从车轮材料所能承受的屈服极限方面研究了车轮温度场及应力场分布,分析了制动过程中车轮温度场及应力场分布规律,得出了能够满足重载货车行车安全要求的制动初速度、制动减速度条件,为重载货车的运行提供一定的依据。
Through the analysis and research on the braking process of heavy haul freight cars under different working conditions of braking,the three-dimensional finite element model of the wheels for heavy haul freight cars is set up.The simulation analysis on the three-dimensional transient temperature field and stress field is made for wheels under different axle load,different initial braking speed,different braking deceleration.And the distribution of temperature field and stress field of wheels is researched from the yield limit which the wheel material can withstand.The distribution pattern of the temperature field and stress field of wheels during braking is analyzed.The initial braking speed and braking deceleration that can meet the requirements of operation safety of heavy haul freight cars are obtained.Thus,certain basis is provided for operation of heavy haul freight cars.
