从臭氧特性入手,阐述了壁挂式臭氧系统、风道式臭氧系统和臭氧站系统的优缺点以及他们各自在肉类屠宰加工企业中的应用。文章还指出了臭氧系统存在的缺点和空气消毒系统的发展方向。
This article is mainly focused on ozone systems. The advantages and disadvantages of wall - mounted ozone system, air passage ozone system and ozone station system were discussed and the applications of these systems in meat slaughtering and processing were introduced in the article. Whatg more, the disadvantages of ozone system and the development tendency of air disinfection system were also mentioned
