摘要
猪胴体劈半是生猪屠宰过程中的关键工序,不同的劈半设备对产品质量、安全卫生和企业成本控制有较大的影响。简要介绍了目前国内常用的猪胴体劈半设备,并分析了各种劈半设备的特点。
