几种氨基酸对哲罗鱼生长、消化酶活性及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在研究了低鱼粉含量配合饲料中添加4种晶体氨基酸对哲罗鱼(Hucho taimen)摄食、生长、体成分、消化酶和血液生化指标的影响。试验设1个对照组,4个处理组,处理组分别添加0.5%L-谷氨酸(L-Glu)、0.5%L-丙氨酸(L-Ala)、0.5%甘氨酸(Gly)、0.5%L-脯氨酸(L-Pro)。每处理组设3个重复,每重复50尾鱼。哲罗鱼初重为9.29±0.34 g,流水饲养56 d。结果表明,饲料中添加0.5%L-Glu、0.5%L-Ala、0.5%Gly或0.5%L-Pro后,哲罗鱼的摄食率分别为112.33%±10.58%,112.57%±5.20%,115.27%±16.67%,119.09%±12.75%;增重率分别为66.63%±10.34%,67.94%±1.51%,66.75%±8.28%,67.94%±4.93%;饲料系数分别为1.70%±0.12%,1.66%±0.06%,1.74%±0.72%,1.75%±0.06%;但均与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。添加4种晶体氨基酸对全鱼水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分均无显著影响(P>0.05)。各处理组胃、前肠+幽门盲囊、后肠和肝蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性均差异不显著(P>0.05)。各处理组血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、血糖、甘油三酯等均未发生显著变化(P>0.05)。低鱼粉饲料中添加4种晶体氨基酸对哲罗鱼促摄食效果不明显,对鱼体营养成分、消化和免疫机能无显著影响。 To study the effects of amino acids on feed intake,growth,proximate composition,digestive enzyme activities and serum indices of taimen,five lower fish meal diets were formulated.Adding to the diet with 0.0% amino acid,0.5% L-Glutamate,0.5% L-Alanine,0.5% Glycin and 0.5% L-Proline respectively,each diet was randomly assigned to triplicates of 50 fish.The taimen that initial body weight was(9.29±0.34) g,and were raised in flow through system for 56 days.The results showed that feed rate was 112.33%±10.58%,112.57%±5.20%,115.27%±16.67% and 119.09%±12.75%,respectively;weight gain rate was 66.63%±10.34%,67.94%±1.51%,66.75%±8.28% and 67.94%±4.93%,respectively;feed conversion rate was 1.70%±0.12%,1.66%±0.06%,1.74%±0.72%,and 1.75%±0.06%;but there was no significant difference in feed intake,compared with the control group,respectively(P0.05).No significant difference was seen in moisture,crude protein,crude lipid,crude ash of body among the groupsrespectively(P0.05).There was no significant difference in protease,lipase and amylase activities of stomach,foregut+pyloric caeca,hindgut and liver respectively(P0.05).The total protein,albumin,globulin,alanine transaminase,aspartate aminotransferase,glucose,glycerinate and etc.also had no differences,respectively(P0.05).The plant protein-rich diet supplemented with 0.5% L-Glutamate,0.5% L-Alanine,0.5% Glycin and 0.5% L-Proline respectively couldn't improved the feeding,proximate composition,digestive function and immunity of the taimen.
