摘要
为考察一株产纤维素酶丝状真菌兼性厌氧液体发酵动力学特征,对其进行多次分批发酵试验,并应用Logistic方程和Luedeking-piret方程,获得了该丝状真菌菌体分批发酵过程中细胞生长动力学模型、底物消耗动力学模型及产物酶合成动力学模型以及各模型的参数,并对试验实测值与模型值进行了验证比较。结果表明,模型计算值与试验值拟和良好,相关系数分别为0.98827、0.98283和0.99599,所建模型能较好地描述该丝状真菌兼性厌氧液体发酵产纤维素酶的动力学特征,从而为进一步研究和预测其生物产酶过程奠定相关的理论基础。
The facultative anerobic fermentation kinetics of degradating corn straw cellulose with a filamentous fungus isolated from the rumen of sheep was investigated in this paper.Based on Logistic equation and Luedeking-piret equation,the kinetic models describing cell growth,product synthesis and substrate consumption were obtained,respectively.The kinetic model was validated.The correlation coefficient of the model with experimental were 0.98827,0.98283,and 0.99599.The results showed that the models were again approved to be better correlated with experimental data.The models could well explain the filamentous fungi to bio-transform corn cellulose.This would provide the theoretical foundation for the further study and forecast filamentous fungi biodegradation process and industrial production in future.
