将军陂水闸是一座纯砂基水闸,加固设计采用土工反滤膜与大分缝相结合的方式进行排水,设置导水盲沟导地渗,降低底板所受的扬压力;用单独分块的混凝土面板防冲,形成经济型砂基水闸护底结构。
