摘要
广西海堤一般采用设计潮位与同频率主风向风速组合方案进行波浪计算,由于北海市城区所处的特殊地理位置,按这种组合计算不切合实际。为此,通过3场典型风暴潮组合分析,提出在满足防潮要求的前提下,北海市区北部海堤按设计潮位与同频率相应风速、设计风速与同频率相应潮位两种组合之外包值作为设计值。
For the sea embankment of Guangxi, wave calculation is usually conducted based on combination of design tide level and wind velocity of the same frequency and principle direction. However, this calculation method is not applicable for the Beihai City Zone due to it's special geographical location. Based on analysis of three times of typical storm tide combinations, two combinations was calculated for the northern sea embank- ment of t3eihai City Zone, of which one combination incorporates design tide level with corresponding wind ve- locity of the same frequency; another incorporates design wind velocity with corresponding tide level of the same frequency. It is put forward that with tide protection requirements as precondition, the higher enveloping value between two combinations is determined as the design value.
