中原城市群可持续发展模式总体设计

General Design on Sustainable Development Mode of Urban Agglomeration of Central Plains

近年来,河南省提出了构建中原城市群"一极两圈三层"新的发展空间格局。由于当地存在水资源分布不均、人均占有水资源量少、水污染严重等问题,现已成为制约中原城市群社会经济可持续发展的重要因素之一,并直接影响到城市群可持续发展能力和整体竞争力的提升。在探讨了区域发展模式构建原则及总体思路的基础上,针对中原城市群的发展现状,相应提出了2级6类区域发展模式,并建立了对应的评价指标。结合中原城市群的实际情况,在系统评价的基础上给出全区60个单元的可持续发展模式,这对指导中原城市群社会经济发展具有重要的理论指导意义和实践指导作用。

In recent years,Henan Province had assumed to build the Urban Agglomeration of Central Plains with a new development pattern of ＇one level-two laps-three layers＇.In this district,there existed many problems,such as uneven distribution of water resources,low water resources per capita and serious water pollution.Now these problems have become one of the important constraints on the local social and economic sustainable development,and directly affect the sustainable development of urban agglomeration capacity,also influence the promotion of the overall competitiveness.Based on discussing the guiding ideology,structural principle and general plan of area development mode,according to the area development status,the development mode,which include two levels and six kinds of district,and corresponding assessment indexes are put forward.On the basis of the actual situation of the Urban Agglomeration Central Plains,the sustainable development mode of 60 units in the Urban Agglomeration of Central Plains has been chosen,which is very significant to guiding the future economic and social development.
