摘要
隐性知识的内隐性决定了要实现对隐性知识有针对性的管理必须对个体头脑中的隐性知识进行测评。当前有关隐性知识测评的研究已在相关领域展开,而有关隐性知识测评的指标体系中各指标的相对重要性权重的研究较少。为此,本文首先构建了一个用于隐性知识测评的指标体系,而后通过三角模糊加权平均G1法计算各测评指标的权重,最后,在此基础上对企业员工的隐性知识进行测评,检验了该指标体系和指标权重的科学性。
The latent nature of tacit knowledge determines that if we want to manage tacit knowledge pertinently,we must assess the tacit knowledge in individual's mind.At present,researches on tacit knowledge assessment have been carried out in related fields.However,few researches have been conducted on the relatively important weight of various indices of the tacit knowledge assessment index system.Therefore,this paper firstly constructs a tacit knowledge assessment index system,then calculates the weight of various indices by the use of the triangular fuzzy weighted average G1 method.Finally,the paper assesses the tacit knowledge of the enterprise employees,and verifies the scientificalness of the index system and its index's weight.
