摘要
简要论述书刊预约服务在读者服务工作中的重要性;分析和评价预约服务工作经历手工预约、电子化预约和网络化预约3个阶段的发展水平;针对目前图书情报机构书刊预约服务工作的现状,重点提出新型预约服务模式、多样化和个性化服务方式,增加预约信息通知途径的创新服务理念;阐明对预约服务基础数据研究的必要性。
The importance of book and periodical booking service in reader service is briefly discussed.The development level of booking service which experiences the stages of manual booking,electronic booking and Web-based booking is analyzed and evaluated.In accordance with the present situation of book and periodical booking service in the library and information organizations,this paper proposes the idea of innovation service emphatically such as new booking service model,diversified and personalized service model,and adding booking information announcement approach.The paper also elucidates the necessity of research on the basic data of booking service.
