摘要
为了应对动态多变和充满不确定性的外部环境,企业纷纷通过建立市场导向来提高自身的创新绩效和国际竞争力。基于长三角地区170家企业的问卷调查数据和结构方程模型,对市场导向如何通过组织学习来影响创新绩效进行实证分析发现:市场驱动导向和驱动市场导向对创造性学习都存在显著的正向影响;驱动市场导向对适应性学习有显著的积极影响,而市场驱动导向对适应性学习的作用并不显著;两种学习方式对提高创新绩效都有积极影响,但创造性学习的影响更大;驱动市场导向对创新绩效有显著的直接推动作用。因此,企业应该加强市场导向,重视驱动市场导向的培育,强化组织学习尤其是创造性学习,努力实现组织学习与市场导向的有效结合。
In order to adapt to external dynamic and uncertain environment,firms hope to build market orientation to improve innovation performance and international competitiveness.By questionnaire analysis of 170 hi-tech firms in Yangtze River delta and structure equation model,this paper analyzes the mechanism how market orientation affects innovation performance by organizational learning.Market driving orientation and the drive market orientation both have a significant positive effect on the creative learning;The drive market orientation has significant positive impact on the adaptive learning,but the market driving orientation is not;Two kind of learning methods in improving the innovation performance have a positive impact,but the influence of the creative learning is more big;Drive market orientation plays a significant direct role on the innovation performance.Therefore,the enterprises should strengthen the market orientation,pay attention to the cultivation of the drive market orientation,strengthen the organizational learning especially the creative learning,and realize the effective combination of the organizational learning and the market orientation.
