摘要
低碳文明是人类新的文明阶段,各层各类组织的绿色领导理念对构建低碳文明起着关键作用。绿色领导理念体系包含方法论、外界规定性认识、组织状态判断、价值观、目标思想和举措思想。其中,方法论是辩证法;外界规定是"构建低碳文明是全人类的共同责任,必须全面变革人类现行的生产方式和生活方式";组织状态判断包括"矛盾人"人性假设和对组织所处的文明阶段及绿色程度的物态估计;价值观主要包括科学人本、全面和谐的愿景追求准则和自觉变革、引导教育的道路导向准则;组织目标是以生态保护、理性需求和公正获取的方式争取组织及其成员的最佳利益;组织举措主要是全面作为、德治引导和教育支撑。
Low-carbon civilization is the new stage of human civilization.Green leadership concept in various layers and types of organizations plays a key role in building low-carbon civilization.Green leadership concept system includes methodology,external prescriptive cognition,organizational status judgment,values,goal thought and initiative thought.Among them,the methodology is dialectics.The external provision is that 'Building low-carbon civilization is the common responsibility of mankind.We must comprehensively reform the existing human mode of production,lifestyles and political system'.The organizational status judgment includes human nature assumptions of 'contradictory man' and state estimation of civilization stage and green level where organization lays.Values include vision pursuit guidelines of scientific human and comprehensive harmony and road-oriented guidelines of comprehensive reform and guide education.The organizational goal is to seek the best interests for the organization and its members with rationality,justice and ecological protection.The organizational initiatives are overall conduction,virtue guidance and education support.
