环保型金属清洗剂的研制及其清洗效果 被引量:17

摘要 研制环保型水基金属清洗剂是水基清洗剂的发展方向。为此,选择了几种具有高效生物降解性的表面活性剂,并将其复配,采用表面张力测定及称重法考察了单一型及复配型体系对金属清洗的效果及效率。结果显示:清洗剂配方为m[APGC8~10(烷基糖苷)]∶m[AEO-9(C12脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)]=1∶1,浓度为3 g/L,以Na2CO3为助剂复配金属清洗剂时,最佳清洗温度50℃,清洗时间6 min,对人工油污的清洗率可达98.6%。研制的清洗剂符合JB/T 4323-1999标准,能满足对金属清洗的要求。 Several surfactants with good biodegradability were selected to formulate environmentally friendly complex cleaning agent for metal.The cleaning performance and efficiency of mono-component cleaning agent and complex cleaning agent were studied.It was found that when alkyl glycoside (APGC8-10) was combined with dodecyl aliphatic alcohol polyetbenoxy ether(AEO-9)at a mass ratio of 1:1,resultant complex cleaning agent at a concentration of 3g/L,temperature of 50℃ and cleaning duration of 6 min showed excellent degreasing performance in the presence of Na2CO3 as an auxiliary additive (the rate to remove artificial greasy dirt of 98.6%).Asprepared complex cleaning agent was qualified in terms of JB/T 4323-1999 standard,meeting with the requirements for metal cleaning.
