摘要 本改革针对农业气象教学实习中出现的理论与实践脱节、不适应社会能力型人才需要的问题,从农业气象教学实习的内容、手段、管理方法等方面进行了一系列的改革。设计出新的农业气象实习前、实习中、实习后的模块化,实习报告规范化及考核指标数量化的管理模式,应用多媒体教学手段与观测仪器现场安装示范相结合的手段,在实习前对学生进行培训,加强学生观测、资料整理和数据分析能力的训练,旨在提高农业气象实习的教学效果,强化学生综合能力的培养。该模式已在本科农业气象教学实习和省教师培训班中应用。通过实践证明,改革后的实习模式对培养学生动手能力、分析问题、解决问题能力效果明显。 The content,measure and management in the training course of agro-meteorology were reformed based on the fact that the theory and practice were often out of joint,and this made the student unable to fit the personnel market when they graduated.The students were trained before the course started using multimedia in combination with on-site installation of instrument,and the ability of observation,data collection and analysis.All of these measures were aimed at improving the education results and enhancing comprehensive abilities of students.The new model was already put into use in the training course of agro-meteorology for undergraduate students and the training course for teachers in Heilongjiang province.The results indicated that the new model was very helpful in the improvement of hands-on ability,analysis ability,and problem solving.
