摘要
"基因组学"是伴随人类基因组计划而产生的一门新兴前沿学科,系统化和高通量是其研究的重要特点。"基因组学概论"是在生物科学和生物技术专业本科高年级开设的一门专业选修课,课程的主要内容包括结构基因组学、功能基因组学以及比较基因组学等。"基因组学概论"课程的开设需要正确处理其与分子遗传学、分子生物学和生物信息学等课程之间的关系。在教学过程中采用"启发式教学法",包括激发学习兴趣,实施讨论式教学等,实践证明该方法能大大提高学生学习的自主性和积极性。
Genomic is a front line subject in life sciences developed with the Human Genomic Project.Its character is systematic and high throughput.The course of fundamental concepts of genomics is a newly selected course for students whose specialty is life science and biotechnology,which mainly discusses topics about structural genomics,functional genomics and comparative genomics.It is needed to deal with the initiation of the course and other courses such as molecular genetics,molecular biology and bioinformatics.The elicitation method was adopted in teaching process which included arousing students' interest and teaching method of discussion.Practice has proved that the autonomy and enthusiasm of students in study may have risen using this teaching method.
