中国外汇储备持续增加是中国外向型经济发展到成熟阶段的一个产物,而并不主要是我国在金融上主动追求的结果。如何减少这个庞然大物的负面效应。
The continued increase of foreign exchange reserve is outcome of China's exportoriented economic developing into mature stage,not mainly the result of China's active pursuit in finance.How to reduce the negative effects of the massive reserves is the real challenge faced by decision-makers.
