Li Daokui:the Real Estate Industry Is about to Have Two Big Changes

房地产业正面临洗牌,至少会发生两大改变:一个改变是从简单的开发——把土地拿去卖,逐步地变成长期持有物业,而持有的物业一部分可能跟政府合作,转变成中高级的保障型住房;第二点改变是从商业开发和住宅开发分离的模式变成混合模式。

The real estate industry is facing shuffiing,at least two big changes will happen:one is gradually changing selling land into long-term holding property,and part of the property held may become middle or senior safeguard model housing through cooperation with the government;two is changing the separate mode of commercial development and housing development into mixed mode,to combine with urbanization and local development better.
