摘要
本文采用动态显式有限元程序LS-DYNA 3D对薄壁筒收口旋压变形进行数值模拟, 分析了毛坯的纬向应变、经向应变及壁厚的分布和变化过程, 从而首次建立起对收口旋压变形过程的整体认识。
This paper simulates the spinning deformation of thin walled tube in necking process with a dynamic explicit FEM program,LSDYN-A3D.The longitudinal strain,meridional strain and thickness distribution are analyzed at certain time and through time history.This paper first establishes a whole understanding of the deformation in necking process by spinning.
