摘要
针对用Solid Works计算的钣金件展开尺寸折出的钣金件因没有考虑材料特性,达不到零件尺寸要求的问题,介绍了利用钣金件展开尺寸的修正系数,基于Solid works的钣金件展开尺寸的一种精确计算方法,实践证明能满足零件尺寸要求。
According to the dimensions of parts based on Solid works,the dimensions don＇t satisfy requirements of parts because of no considering material characteristic.In this thesis a precision calculation method using the correctional coefficient of the dimension of unfolded Sheet Metal based on Solid works is introduced.The fact proved： the results satisfy requirements of parts.
