摘要
本文从摆动辗压过程中坯料螺旋式送进的事实出发, 建立了符合摆动辗压实际变形条件的力学模型, 利用自行开发的刚塑性有限元软件对环形件摆动辗压变形进行了分析, 得出了环形件摆辗变形时接触区域的速度场和应力应变场, 给出了接触区域金属的流动规律, 揭示了环形件摆动辗压的变形机理。光塑性实验与模拟结果吻合较好。
The mechanical model established in this paper is in accordance with the fact that the workpiece is feeded in a spiral way.The rotary forging deformation of a ring billet is simulated using a 3 D rigid plastic FEM software developed by author.Velocity fields and stress strain fields of rotary forging deformation of the ring workpiece are obtained.The metal flowing law is provided and the deformation mechanism of the ring workpiec in rotary forging is revealed thoroughly.The photoplasticity experimental results are in excellent agreement with the numerical predictions in simulation.
