论罗尔斯的平等自由思想及其对当前中国的启示

Rawls' Thoughts of Equal Freedom and its Inspiration to Current China

自由和平等作为两种社会价值,既有一致之处,又存在着内在的张力。罗尔斯的正义原则试图调和两者的冲突,将自由与平等结合起来。虽然罗尔斯的平等自由思想存在着许多不足,但摒弃了自由与平等各执一端的弊端,把两者有机地结合起来,有着重要的理论价值,同时对当今的我国当前构建和谐社会也有着重要的启示意义。

As two kinds of social values,freedom and equality are consistent on one hand and disaccorded on the other hand.Rawls＇ principles of justice try to temper the disaccord,and put together freedom and equality.Although Rawls＇ thought of equal freedom has many shortages,it abandons the unilateralism of freedom and equality,which has the important theatrical values and at the same time has the important inspiration to establishing the harmonious society in China nowadays.
