摘要
本文从理论上推导出了总的断面缩减率η与第一、第二次轧制时的断面缩减率η1、η2 之间的关系, 导出了两次压下量相等和两次轧制力相等时, η1 、η2 和η的关系, 绘制了η1、η2 和η的关系曲线图, 并给出了此图的使用方法。
The relation between the whole reduction in area and twice reduction in area is derived in this paper.The relations of twice reduction in area are derived when the two absolute reductions are equal and when the forces in two rolling are equal.The figure of the relation of the reduction in area and its using method are presented,this figure can guide the selection of the process parameters in twice rolling.
