高师院校复合型外语人才培养的思考

Pondering Over Cultivating Compound-typed Foreign Language Talents in Normal Colleges

目前高师院校培养复合型外语人才是社会的需求。要实现这样的目标,必须改变传统的外语教学方法,创建与培养目标相适应的人才培养模式。本文从加强具有复合型知识的教师队伍建设、加强课程建设和教学的社会实践、改进课程体系等方面提出一些思路。

Cultivating compound-typed foreign talents aims at meeting the needs of society.To achieve such a goal,it is necessary to change the traditional foreign language teaching methods,create a training mode for talents to be suited with this target.This paper proposes some ideas in enhancing teachers＇ team with compound knowledge,curriculum construction,social practice in teaching and improving curriculum system.
