摘要
普通高校人才流失处于上升趋势,给普通高校人才引进和人事管理带来与日俱增的危机感,给现有人力资源开发带来不可抗拒的冲击力。本文就普通高校人才流失的现象、原因作一客观分析,并提出相应的解决办法。以期引起普通高校对人事管理及人才流动问题的关注,进一步强化人才兴校意识,尽快完善关于人才合理流动,人员科学配置,建构强有力的教学科研队伍的战略决策。
It is proved that during the prime time of market-oriented economy,there appears the serious brain drain caused by people's identity differences of their own value and working condition,which tends to be increased by disordered mobility.The brain drain problem in the institutions of higher learning has become out of control.This paper analyses the reasons of the brain drain problem and puts forward some solutions so as to make regular institutions of higher learning pay much attention to personnel management and talent mobility,strengthen talent-oriented awareness,quickly perfect staff allocation for reasonable talent mobility,and construct a powerful teaching and scientific research team.
