摘要
无损检测技术作为一门新兴的综合性应用学科,大致可分为光学检测法、声学检测法、视觉检测法和电磁学检测法.基于光学原理的无损检测技术——近红外检测技术由于其高效、快速的特点,已经广泛应用于果蔬品质的无损检测.综述近红外检测技术在水果品质检测方面的国内外研究进展,并展望该技术的发展前景.
Non-destructive checking technology,as a comprehensive applied subject,can be divided into four approaches such as optical method,acoustic method,visual inspection and electromagnetic method.Near infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIR) has been widely used in non-destructive detection of fruit and vegetable quality because of its fast and efficient feature.A review on the latest investigation about NIR was presented here.The development of this technology was prospected.
