活性酵母的固态培养

Solid Culture of Active Yeast

研究了活性酵母固态培养的工艺条件。在此条件下，所得培养物含水１０％，活性酵母细胞数为９０～１００亿／克，死亡率８％～１０％，出芽率为６％～７％。

Technological conditions for solid culture of active yeast are studied. On the conditions,the results of water contains 10%,cell total count if 90 X 109-- 100 X 109 cell/g, mortality is 8%-- 10%,and bud ratio is 6% ~ 7%.
