微创经皮肾镜治疗马蹄肾结石的体会

The experience of Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrostomy for treatment of calculi within horse shoe kidneys

目的评价微创经皮肾镜治疗马蹄肾结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析经皮肾镜取石术治疗马蹄肾患者的临床资料。结果5例马蹄肾患者中2例为双肾多发结石。5例患者均为单通道取石，60％（3／5）的患者可通过一次手术清除结石。该组病例中没有重大并发症出现。结论微创经皮肾镜穿刺取石术治疗马蹄肾结石是一种安全有效的方法。

Objectives To assess the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treating calculi within horseshoe kidney. Methods We retrospectively investigated the patients ＂Clinical data of calculi within horseshoe kidneys who were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithomy. Results of 5 cases,calculi within bilaterall horseshoe kidneys was 2. A single tract was used in 5 kindeys, 60% （3/5） were rendered stone free at 1 session. No major complications were seen. Conclusions Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a safe and effective method of stone removal in patients with calculi in horseshoe kidneys.
