小而密低密度脂蛋白的临床应用及检测 被引量:6

摘要 低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)是体内转运内源性胆固醇的主要脂蛋白,在动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的发生和发展中起着重要的调节作用.LDL具有明显的异质性,Austin等[1]根据非变性梯度凝胶扫描测定的LDL主峰颗粒直径(peak particle diameter,PPD)将LDL分成两种亚型:PPD≥25.5 nm 为A型LDL,即大LDL (large LDL,lLDL),密度接近1.02 g/mL; PPD<25.5 nm为B型LDL,即小而密低密度脂蛋白(small dense LDL,sdLDL),密度接近1.06 g/mL.1 sdLDL的代谢LDL颗粒的不均一性是其代谢过程受多因素调节的结果,但具体生化机制尚不十分清楚.
