摘要以问题为基础的学习(problem based learning,PBL)目前正取代传统的以授课为基础的学习法(lecture-based learning,LBL)成为中国医学教育改革的方向之一[1].为适应当前医学模式转变的新趋势,作者在血液内科的临床见习教学改革中采用了这一模式,取得较好的效果,现总结如下.
