摘要
研制成功了一种新型铜基自熔性合金粉末,在高强度钢基体上采用等离子喷焊工艺制备焊层。通过研究发现,在一定的工艺规范内焊层不开裂,且也基本不会形成晶界渗透裂纹,在堆焊三层的越厚焊层中也未发现层间缺陷。经拉伸和剪切试验表明,焊层具有较高的机械性能,应用于大直径密封面上,获得了良好的应用效果。
A newly developed self fusion Cu-based Cu-Ni-Sn alloy powder and the PTA coating technology are described. The experimental results showed that there were neither cracks in the coated layer nor in grain boundaries of the substrate under available technol0gical conditions. Moreover, there were no interlayer defects in super thick three-layer PTA coated layer. The coating had good mechanical properties. It could be applied onto the large-diameter sealing surface.
