Injection Molding of Ceramic Polymer Composites

在大量实验的基础上,对精细陶瓷- 聚合物混合物料注射成型过程进行了分析,探讨了主要工艺参数对该物料塑化的影响。用粘性流体力学基本方程进行了模拟计算,着重分析物料特性参数及螺杆主要几何参数。为精细陶瓷- 聚合物混合物料注射成型加工工艺条件的确定。

On the basis of experiments,injection molding process of ceramic polymer composites is analyzed.Main technical parameters have direct influences on processing of composites;these influences were tested in experiments.According to viscous fluid mechanics equation,simulating calculations that focus on properties of composites and geometry of screw were developed.The paper provides some theoretical basis for deciding suitable processing conditions and processing machinery design of ceramic polymer composites.
