摘要
近年来黑龙江省制糖业发展态势良好,但原料短缺抑制困扰制糖业发展。造成原料短缺的原因主要有甜菜轮作种植、制糖企业无法与农户直接对接、甜菜品种改良和良种推广力度不够等。为解决制糖企业原料不足问题,应加强制糖企业原料基地建设,为企业与农民间搭建购销平台,同时多加强农田水利建设。
Sugar industry in Heilongjiang Province has developed rapidly in recent years.Raw material shortage has plagued the development of sugar industry.The main reasons are that sugar beet must be crop rotated,sugar companies can not get direct touch with farmers,breed improvement and promotion of sugar beet seed are inadequate.To solve the problem of insufficient raw materials,we should strengthen the sugar industry raw material base,build procurement platform between enterprises and farmers,strengthen water conservancy construction.
