摘要
基于对管式炉裂解技术的发展和超短接触反应器基础研究的综述,分析了管式炉裂解技术存在的局限和超短接触反应器的技术特点以及超短接触反应器烃类裂解工艺所具有的技术优势。
Based on a review of development of pyrolysis furnace process and fundamental researches of quick - contact reactor, the shortcomings of heater and the characteristics of downer are analyzed. Compared with pyrolysis furnace, the process of quick contact reactor applied to hydrocarbon cracking has many distinct advantages,such as shorter resident time,use coke and save energy,etc.
