摘要
目的测定南五味子、北五味子、北五味子南移栽培品种中木脂素的含量。方法采用C18柱,(250×4.6mm,5μm),选用甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相(流速:1.0 mL/min),检测波长为250nm。结果五味子醇甲、酯甲、甲素、乙素分别在0.073~0.73μg,0.147 5~1.475μg,0.064~0.64μg,0.134~1.34μg之间线性关系良好,相关系数分别为R=0.999 4,r=0.998 5,r=0.998 5,r=0.999 2,平均回收率为100.77%,RSD为0.5%。结论测定方法简便、快速、可靠,可以作为不同种五味子中木脂素含量的质量控制。
Aim To determine the concentration of lignans in different Schizandra chinesnis (Turcz.) Baill by HPLC. Methods A hypersil OSD column(250 ×4. 6 mm,5μm) was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water (75: 25). Wave length was 250 nm. Results The standard curve of schizandrin was linear( r = 0. 999 8 ) and the concentration range was from 0. 75 ug to 3.75 ug. The average recovery rate of schizandrin was 100. 77%, ( RSD = O. 5% ). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, reliable and suitable for measuring total lignans in Schizandra chinesnis( Turcz. ) Baill.
