The contribution rate of science and technology progress to Shaanxi economy growth

目的研究科技进步对陕西省区域经济发展的贡献。方法利用索洛余值法进行测度。结果测度出1978—1988,1989—1999和2000—2008这3个阶段科技对陕西区域经济的贡献分别为27.16%,45.13%和42.24%。结论从科技角度提出促进陕西省经济社会可持续发展的政策建议。

Aim To study the contribution rate of science and technology progress to Shaanxi economy growth. Methods The Solow＇s residual method was used as basic tool to develop computations. Results The contribution rates in different phrases of 1978--1988, 1989--1999 and 2000--2008 are 27.16%, 45.13% and 42.24% re- spectively. Conclusion From the technological point of view, the corresponding policy recommendations are pro- posed for the sustainable development to Shaanxi economy and society.
