介绍了一种大型铝合金活塞倾转铸造机的设计,与传统设计方法相比,倾转工作台的尺寸可减小54%,重量可降低43%,实现了直径在200mm以上大型铝合金活塞铸造机的轻量化设计,达到节能降耗的目的。

This paper introduces a large-scale tilting casting machine of aluminum piston,compared with the traditional method for tilting table design,54% of the size can be shortened and 43% of the weight can be reduced,lightweight design of casting machine for large-scale aluminum piston with diameters more than 200 mm is achieved,attains energy saving purposes.
