宋元福建制盐业的发展与技术创新

Salt Industrial Development and Technological Innovation of Fujian during Period of Song and Yuan Dynasties

宋元时期,福建制盐业在创新技术的推动下迅速发展,成为我国六大海盐产区之一。创始于宋代的刮土淋卤法、鸡子桃仁试卤法、管道输送等关键技术极大地提高了福建煮盐的生产效率。而海盐晒法的重大技术革新再次推动宋元福建盐业的勃兴发展。从宋末的浮沙晒盐,到元中的盐埕砂盐,再到明初的邱盘晒盐,福建海盐晒法一直走在全国的前列。制盐技术的改进与创新,节省了生产成本,促进了盐业的大发展。

During the period of the Song and Yuan Dynasties,Fujian＇s salt industry,in driving of new technological innovation,had rapid development and became one of six main sea salt producing areas.Technique of Salt Making by Scraping Soil-Riltering Brine,Jizi-Taoren-Testing Brine and Brine Transported by Pipe created in the Song Dynasty promoted the salt development of Fujian.From Floating Sand Basking Salt of late Song Dynasty to Salt Field of mid Yuan Dynasty,to Qiu Tray Solarizing Salt,Fujian＇s basking salt technique was at the forefront of the country.Salt making improvements in technical innovation economized the cost of production,and promote the great development of the salt industry.
