论大学生的全面发展与高校德育实践

Concerning the comprehensive development of students and moral education practice in university

高校德育是关注大学生全面发展的实践活动,其内涵在于关注学生综合能力的培养,为学生的创造性活动提供援助,为学生的个性发展提供和谐环境。目前,高校德育实践的不足之处在于德育理念滞后,教师在德育活动中的角色固定化和单一化,无法应对大学生在成长期间所遇到的新问题。我国当代高校德育要从树立以人为本的德育观念、加强德育师资的队伍建设、灵活运用各种方法等方面加以改进。

Moral education is the practical activity of comprehensive development of students in university.The contents of moral education mean that Paying attention to the students＇ comprehensive ability,providing assistance for the creative activity for students,providing a harmonious environment for the development of the students＇ individuality.At present,the deficiency of moral education in university is the Lagging conception.Teachers＇ role in the moral education is immobilized and simplification.It is difficult to solve the new problems of students in university in their growing period.The moral education in university of our country needs the conception of people-oriented,strengthening moral education of the teachers group,changing education mode.
