可生物降解润滑剂的研究概况

A Survey of the Study on Biodegradationable Lubricant

随着国际社会对生态环境的日益重视,在研究可生物降解且生态毒性小的绿色润滑油取代传统的矿物基润滑油的同时,也积极探索研究利用生物技术加快环境中矿物基润滑油的生物降解性。综述了可生物降解润滑剂的定义、种类和使用现状以及新型的稠化剂复合钛皂。介绍了润滑剂生物降解机理,生物降解性的评价方法及石油基润滑剂污染土壤的治理方法,提出了可生物降解润滑剂目前存在的问题和发展方向。

As the international society increasingly attaches great importance to the environment,besides studying on replacing mineral oil as biological degradation and little noxious green lubricating oil,biodegradability of mineral oil using biotechnology were explored actively.The definition,species and the current application of biodegradation lubricant and new gelatinizer soap Titanium were summarized in the paper.Mechanism of biological degradation of lubricant,evaluating methods of biodegradability and control means of oil lubricant polluting soil were introduced.The present problem as well as the trend of the development of biological degradation lubricant were also put forward.
