沾3块内源微生物驱现场注入工艺参数优化 被引量:4

摘要 在对沾3块油藏再认识和水驱开发评价研究的基础上,模拟沾3块油藏和流体条件,采用正交试验法对激活剂注入量、激活剂注入方式和空气配注量三因素、四水平进行16组正交试验.结果表明:沾3块各注入参数对开发效果影响的敏感程度有差异,其中激活剂注入量影响最明显,其次为激活剂注入形式和空气配注量.结合矿场实施经济可行性确定最佳现场注入方案:激活剂注入量为0.3 PV,段塞大小比为1∶3,空气配注量为15∶1(气液体积比),该方案为沾3块内源微生物驱现场实施提供理论依据. On the basis of the research of Zhan 3 Block reservoir re-understanding and waterflooding development evaluation,reservoir and fluid conditions activator injection volume simulated,activator injection mode and air injection allocation volume were selected to engage in the 16 orthogonal experiments of three factors and four levels.The experimental results indicated that the sensitive degree of each injection parameter affecting development result were dissimilar.Among them,activator injection volume had the most influential effect,and the next was activator injection mode and air injection allocation volume.Based on field implementing economic feasibility,the optimum field injection scheme which activator injection volume was 0.3 PV,slug size ratio was 1∶3,and air injection allocation volume was 15∶1,and the air liquid ratio was confirmed.It provided theoretical basis for indigenous microorganisms flooding field implementation effect in Zhan 3 Block.
